My family and I had a wonderful 3-night stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer Zhao. The gym was decent, though lacking some equipment. Breakfast was a bit limited, and the location isn't ideal for shopping, but the large bathtub and multiple AC controls in our room were a plus.
